Thomas Bercy is a unique member of the French jazz life. He is living in Bordeaux but he usually appears at European jazz festivals with his trio. He plays smoothly and ardently using elements of swing hard-bop and bebop.
The Trio Minor formed in 2008, the same year they won 1st prize at the Jazz Combo Competition of Hungarian Jazz Federation with a composition written by Attila Rieger. Their repertoire contains pieces of great guitarrists of jazz and own compositions as well.
